We prioritise your satisfaction as a valued customer. If you find that the item you ordered isn't quite what you were looking for and it doesn't meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns. Should you have a change of heart within 14 days of receiving your order, we're here to assist you with the return process, please:

1. Initiate Contact: Reach out to us to start the return process. Kindly provide your order number and specify the product you wish to return for a smoother transaction.

2. Return by Mail: Send the product back to us, including a note detailing the reason for your return, a copy of the shopping receipt, along with your name, phone number, and email for streamlined processing.

3. Assessment of Returns: Upon receipt of your returned items, we will diligently review them to ensure they adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.

4. Refund Process: If we confirm that your returns meet our stipulated requirements, you will be issued a refund in the form of STORE CREDITS equivalent to the original purchase value. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please be aware that sale items, clearance items and any racket for which you've requested string installation is strictly are non-returnable/refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
